1. General Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions to ensure the safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance of medical equipment.
All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned once delivered, unless found defective or damaged on arrival. These include:

  • Disposable medical supplies (e.g., syringes, gloves, PPE, masks, catheters)

  • Opened or used medical devices

  • Customized or special-order equipment

  • Software or calibration-sensitive equipment

  • Defibrillators (AEDs) once the tamper seal is broken or pads have been used

Please ensure you verify product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.


3. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective on delivery.

  • The wrong product or model was shipped.

  • The product is still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging (within 7 days of receipt).

Products must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  4. After approval, you may ship or schedule pickup (where available).

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange a new shipment after receiving the returned product.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product model if defective or damaged.
If you wish to upgrade or change models, the difference in price will apply.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return and follow this policy.

  • Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
