2. Shipping Areas & Eligibility

Orders may also be eligible for delivery to selected GCC countries and Africa, subject to shipping cost, customs, and regulatory restrictions. Please contact us for a quote if you require delivery outside the UAE.

Some items (e.g., large medical equipment, bulk orders, or restricted items) may require special shipping arrangements or incur additional shipping fees.
3. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we typically process and prepare your order for dispatch within 1-3 business days.
For large or special-order equipment (such as hospital furniture, radiology machines, AEDs & accessories, etc.), additional handling time may be required. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We partner with reliable courier and freight services across the UAE.
For standard UAE deliveries: transit time is typically 1-3 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
For deliveries outside the UAE (GCC, Africa): transit time will vary depending on destination, customs clearance and freight method. We will provide an estimate when you place the order.
If you require express or same-day delivery in Dubai, please contact us and we will quote accordingly.
5. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
As noted above, we offer free delivery for orders over AED 500 within the UAE.
For orders under AED 500, shipping charges will apply based on item weight, size, and destination — these will be shown during checkout.
For international or cross-border shipments, shipping/handling fees, export customs duties, taxes and other charges are additional and are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For shipments outside the UAE, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with local customs in your country for more information.
We package all items appropriately for export, but cannot be held responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs procedures.
7. Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (or WhatsApp/SMS) including a courier tracking number (where available).
You may use this number to track delivery online. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our customer service.
8. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, failed recipient contact, or inability to access the site, the courier may attempt redelivery.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or for items returned to us.
If your item is returned to us, you will be contacted to arrange redelivery or refund (less the actual shipping costs).
9. Shipping Restrictions
